Terms of Delivery

Delivery is made upon payment via Shopify Payments offered payment methods. These include:

• Klarna: SOFORT bank transfer, Pay Now, Invoice*
• Credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express
• Accelerated checkouts: Google Pay, Apple Pay, Shop Pay
• Others: eps bank transfer, Ideal, Bancontact

* Invoice purchase via Klarna: In cooperation with Shopify and Klarna AB (publ), Sveavägen 46, 111 34 Stockholm, Sweden, we offer our customers invoice purchase as a payment option. With Klarna invoice purchase, the customer always receives the goods first and always has a payment term of 14 days. Payment is made directly to Klarna AB (publ) (www.klarna.de). The customer receives all payment details directly from Klarna by email. Please note that invoice purchase is only available to consumers in Germany. Freight and delivery costs

Shipping times

Orders ( (cash on delivery, PayPal, credit card, SOFORT bank transfer, Klarna) are usually shipped no later than the next business day. 

Note: In the event of increased order volumes, the delivery time may be approximately 5 to 8 business days.
DHL requires approximately 2–4 business days for delivery within Germany, and approximately 7 business days for deliveries to Austria and Switzerland. Belgium, Netherlands, France, Italy, Poland, Sweden, Spain, Luxembourg, Denmark can take up to 14 days.
